This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Design and sustain NICE CXone Studio scripts along with associated technologies.
• Connect CXone with backend systems and resolve platform-related issues.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to provide effective contact-center solutions.
• Create RESTful microservices while upholding coding best practices.
• Advanced-Intermediate expertise in constructing and managing NICE CXone Studio scripts (call flows, IVR, routing logic).
• In-depth knowledge of ACD, IVR, skill-based routing, and omnichannel workflows.
• Proven experience in integrating CXone with backend systems via REST APIs, event flows, and data actions.
• Acquaintance with WFM, QM, call recording, and other modules of contact-center platforms.
• Capability to diagnose platform issues utilizing logs, monitoring tools, and call trace/debug utilities.
• Insight into real-time and historical metrics, reporting data, and performance optimization for contact flows.
• Advanced proficiency in Java, encompassing object-oriented design and clean coding principles.
• Experience in developing and deploying RESTful microservices with frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Strong grasp of API design, versioning, and contract-first development methodologies.
• Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (GitHub).
