This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop cutting-edge Help Center experiences for consumers, catering to millions of visitors each year.
• Conceptualize, create, test, and implement robust features that align with both technical and business goals.
• Assist in production services by participating in an on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams at Netflix, product stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
• Utilize a platform mindset, employing layers of abstraction and orchestration to manage significant end-user traffic and integrate vendor solutions efficiently and flexibly.
• Contribute to GenAI initiatives that are shaping the future of customer service.
• Strong experience with TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Proficient in modern UI frameworks, particularly React.
• Familiarity with AB test experiments and event instrumentation.
• Knowledge of API technologies such as GraphQL, gRPC, and REST.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, including Amazon Web Services.
• Solid understanding of data structures, database schema design, and contemporary design patterns.
• Proven experience in handling high-volume consumer traffic.
• Background in building WebView-based web applications.
• Experience with Generative AI and machine learning at the application level.
• Exposure to customer support and account management domains.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud deployment, and AWS multi-region setups.
• A strong advocate for reliability and operational excellence.
• Good understanding of UX principles.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for supporting production services.
