Seasonal Support Specialist – Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to both internal and external clients through phone, email, and chat channels.

• Analyze customer requirements and utilize software tools, personal expertise, and troubleshooting techniques to find solutions.

• Utilize remote desktop access to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

• Adhere to established protocols to address inquiries and resolve issues.

• Manage customer interactions using incident management, escalation, quality assurance protocols, and work instructions.

• Record and monitor customer interactions through software solutions and computer systems.

• Oversee requests, engage with customers, and provide solutions promptly.

• Ensure complete ownership and resolution of customer inquiries or issues.

• Keep up-to-date technical knowledge of supported products.

• Carry out additional tasks as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Proficient technical troubleshooting abilities.

• In-depth technical knowledge of supported products.

• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and chat.

• Competence in utilizing software solutions and computer systems for documenting and tracking customer interactions.

• Ability to adhere to incident management, escalation, quality assurance protocols, and work instructions.

• Flexibility to adapt to shifting user demands, work environments, processes, or requirements.
