Software Engineer – Customer Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop backend systems that convert raw observability data from platforms such as New Relic, Grafana, and Cloudflare into clear, actionable insights that are integrated directly into our product.

• Collaborate on Portfolio Insights, explore OpenTelemetry, and enhance product analytics functionalities.

• Create features that customers engage with daily, rather than focusing solely on internal tools.

• Utilize Go primarily, along with Python and SQL for data-related tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in building production services and features.

• Experience with Go is advantageous, or proficiency in a similar systems programming language.

• Proficient in working with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.

• Comfortable with BigQuery/SQL and using Python for data tasks.

• Familiarity with observability platforms such as New Relic, Grafana, and Datadog.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and distributed systems.

• Understanding of GCP infrastructure primitives, Terraform, and container management solutions like Kubernetes.
