Software Engineer, Backend, Java/SQL/PL/SQL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and execute efficient, scalable software solutions using Java;

• Carry out maintenance and optimization of databases with PL/SQL;

• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions;

• Engage in code reviews to maintain quality and adherence to best development practices;

• Assist in defining software architecture and selecting suitable technologies for projects;

• Actively identify and resolve technical challenges;

• Document processes and solutions developed, ensuring knowledge transfer among team members.

• Experience in large-scale projects within the financial services sector or credit unions;

• Understanding of DevOps practices and continuous integration;

• Familiarity with additional programming languages and frameworks that enhance development capabilities;

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines;
