Software Engineer – Backend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Contribute ideas and engage in defining the technical vision for key components of the platform.

• Assist in the design of systems and architecture under the guidance of the team.

• Collaborate in the development and maintenance of scalable and resilient services.

• Actively participate in hands-on development of critical projects to deliver value to clients.

• Learn and apply technical standards that ensure quality, efficiency, and best practices.

• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams (product, data, tech, growth, etc.) to solve problems and build solutions.

• Ensure the quality of functionalities delivered to production, guaranteeing their stability and proper functioning.

• Provide support and maintain a proactive approach with internal and external users to resolve incidents and gather feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in software development in a production environment.

• Experience in developing with Node.js and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based architectures.

• Experience in event-driven architectures.

• Proven track record in developing high-quality services and systems.

• Contribute to implementing engineering best practices and optimizing team efficiency.

• Enjoy and excel in working within multidisciplinary teams with varying levels of experience and backgrounds.
