Software Engineer – Back-end / Full-stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the architectural design and development.

• Develop scalable systems to address various challenges utilizing modern cloud technologies and industry-leading practices.

• Produce server-side code that is robust, thoroughly tested, and secure.

• Utilize automated testing, CI/CD, container orchestration, and other contemporary development methodologies.

• Design database schemas that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.

• Actively propose improvements and challenge existing processes to enhance our products and internal workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Proficient in HTTP, WebSocket, and TCP/IP protocols.

• Familiarity with the Unix/Linux operating system principles and skilled in using shell utilities.

• Knowledgeable in Python, Docker, and Golang.

• Collaborative team member with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of working autonomously and establishing an efficient development setup.

• Comfortable with uncertainty, proactive in taking initiative and accomplishing tasks despite unknowns.

• Enthusiastic about blockchain technology, a decentralized future, and knowledgeable about the technologies that underpin blockchains.

• Engaged in the open-source community.

• Previous experience working in a startup environment.

• Experience in developing financial, high-reliability, or secure systems.
