Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of features across our platforms, progressing toward end-to-end ownership.

• Create full-stack functionality for both internal and public web applications.

• Utilize AI tools and agents to enhance productivity and learning, followed by reviewing, testing, and solidifying the products you deliver.

• Engage in the complete development life cycle, including implementation, testing, debugging, and support.

• Participate in code reviews, both providing and receiving constructive feedback.

• Collaborate directly with team members and end users to comprehend the business challenges behind each request.

• Write dependable, thoroughly tested code and address issues promptly.

• Embrace new languages, tools, and concepts as you advance in your role.

• A foundational understanding of software development, gained through a CS degree, bootcamp, internships, personal projects, or equivalent self-directed learning.

• Developing engineering judgment.

• Emerging product mindset.

• Interest in effectively utilizing modern AI development tools.

• Proficiency in writing code in at least one contemporary programming language.

• A growing understanding of software design principles and best practices.

• Strong, direct communication skills and a readiness to ask insightful questions.
