This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and sustain scalable software systems.

• Create robust infrastructure for delivering data at scale with high availability.

• Lead technical planning initiatives and contribute to the overarching engineering strategy.

• Develop and uphold continuous integration and deployment practices.

• Address advanced and complex data and systems challenges with innovative solutions.

• Engage in code reviews, unit testing, and development methodologies within an agile framework.

• Shape the company culture, recruit new engineering talent, and assist in defining the trajectory of a rapidly expanding startup.

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Possess over 3 years of experience in software engineering.

• Have substantial expertise with at least one contemporary programming language, such as Python, TypeScript, or Go.

• Demonstrate experience in designing and constructing REST APIs or distributed systems.

• Exhibit a profound understanding of systems design, data structures, and algorithms.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure as code.
