Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain applications while collaborating within cross-functional teams.

• Actively engage in team meetings to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Identify bottlenecks, resolve bugs, and contribute to enhancing code quality.

• Work collaboratively with the team to share knowledge and promote a culture of growth.

• Remain informed about emerging trends and new technologies in web development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.

• Thorough understanding of the web development process.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Bonus: Experience in frontend development with proficiency in React and Typescript.

• Bonus: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
