Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining and implementing our strategy for agentic systems and intelligence infrastructure.

• Collaborate closely with our team to design, prototype, and deploy systems that coordinate agents and oversee the knowledge, context, and intelligence collection that supports our clients.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve successful results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and maintaining production-level intelligent systems and distributed platform infrastructure.

• Practical experience in creating AI-driven products, including LLM-based multi-agent workflows, retrieval pipelines, and knowledge-centric applications.

• Strong foundational understanding of essential AI concepts, such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), automated evaluations, prompt engineering, and agentic reasoning frameworks.

• Experience in building scalable, high-performance data and application pipelines that ensure the reliable and secure execution of resource-intensive AI workflows.

• Familiarity with multi-tenant system design, emphasizing secure data practices and appropriate segmentation when constructing or interacting with AI workflows.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and real-time communication protocols, including the development of robust streaming pipelines (SSE) for AI-enhanced user experiences.
