Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop product features utilizing Angular/React alongside Java/Node.js.

• Implement a security-first mindset encompassing authentication, permissions, input validation, secrets management, dependencies, and safe AI practices.

• Create user interfaces that are not only technically correct but also clean, fast, and intuitive.

• Leverage AI tools, agents, MCPs, and automation to enhance coding, debugging, testing, and learning processes.

• Experiment with improved workflows for development, documentation, testing, and code review.

• Integrate AI tools with real systems via APIs, MCPs, and internal resources.

• Diligently review both your own code and AI-generated code.

• Contribute energy, curiosity, and momentum to a small team dedicated to building a tangible product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, databases, and Git.

• Familiarity with Angular or React and Java or Node.js gained through projects, internships, coursework, or self-directed learning.

• A solid understanding of UI/UX principles with a focus on product experience.

• You regard AI tools as integral to your engineering toolkit rather than just a novelty.

• Interest in AI agents, MCP servers, tool invocation, and AI-assisted workflows.

• Capable of crafting effective prompts, validating AI output, and safeguarding sensitive information from tools.

• Basic knowledge of OWASP, cloud fundamentals, Docker, CI/CD, or vulnerability assessment.

• A startup mindset characterized by ownership, speed, curiosity, and a proactive approach without a "that’s not my job" attitude.
