Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the design of the systems that support our Performance Medicine product, from the initial technical blueprint to the final code deployment.

• Develop Ruby services that securely manage and transfer athlete medical information, ensuring both precision and confidentiality are prioritized.

• Address the challenges of reliability and scalability for a platform utilized by numerous teams in the world's premier leagues.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and the medical and performance teams who depend on the product, tailoring it to fit their actual workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four years of software development experience in a professional environment, preferably on a SaaS product.

• A portfolio showcasing work you are proud of, demonstrating your impact on a product or team advancement.

• Experience working alongside product managers and designers to deliver solutions that users actively utilize.

• Hands-on knowledge of distributed systems.
