This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

• Adhere to the organization's vision, strategy, and roadmap for technology architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Act as a technical contributor for one or more products.

• Clearly and persuasively communicate delivered solutions to various audiences, including engineers and product owners.

• Provide enterprise-scale software solutions that are secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective.

• Perform technical assessments of existing systems, pinpointing areas for optimization, technical debt, and modernization priorities.

• Diagnose and resolve issues across the entire application stack, with support from senior team members.

• Remain updated on relevant technologies through self-directed research.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent demonstrated experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in software engineering or related technology roles.

• A proven history of developing production-quality software in enterprise settings.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in .NET development with hands-on experience in C#, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Understanding of software engineering and architectural patterns and principles.

• Experience in building modern, responsive web applications.
