Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to deliver SaaS-based solutions.

• Effectively communicate and work alongside others to produce high-quality software.

• Take the initiative to enhance our processes and the design and architecture of our products.

• Foster innovation by generating new product ideas.

• Conduct technology and feasibility studies.

• Design solutions that are secure, high-performing, scalable, and highly available.

• Develop technical solutions for complex challenges and oversee their implementation.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues related to deployments, networking, configuration, databases, performance, stability, security, application logic, etc.

• Assist team members in tackling complex or urgent problems.

• Provide mentorship and technical training to team members.

• Aid in the training and onboarding of new hires.

• Advocate for the development team’s core values.

• Take full responsibility for integrating AI into product features, workflows, and decision-making processes.

• Actively identify opportunities where AI can enhance efficiency, automation, or customer value, and drive those initiatives from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience as a .NET Developer, involved in developing, testing, shipping, and supporting production-quality SaaS-based web applications.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following coding standards and best practices.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues promptly.

• Proficient in C# and the .NET framework.

• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, .NET 6/8, and other .NET technologies.

• Strong background in developing unit tests, integration tests, E2E tests, and load/stress tests.

• Solid experience with relational databases such as MS SQL.

• Strong understanding of Azure services, including Azure Blob Storage, Azure functions, AKS, etc.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, and JavaScript/jQuery.

• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies, practical AI use cases, and contemporary AI tools.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Analytical mindset with outstanding problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working in Agile development settings.

• Proficient in utilizing version control systems like Git.
