Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• AI-Enhanced Development — You will leverage AI coding assistants and copilots in your everyday tasks, boosting delivery speed and enhancing code quality across GoTo Resolve features.

• Engineering Frameworks — You will create and manage harnesses and evaluation frameworks that support our daily operations with AI.

• Feature Implementation — You will develop and deploy full-stack features from start to finish, working closely with product managers and designers to provide valuable experiences for IT professionals utilizing GoTo Resolve.

• Ongoing Enhancement — You will participate in code reviews, suggest improvements to development workflows, and assist in advancing the team’s engineering practices as the landscape of AI tools evolves.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–4 years of professional experience in software development, with a proven history of delivering production-quality code.

• Practical experience with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) integrated into your daily development process, not just on occasion.

• Understanding of AI harness and evaluation concepts: creating automated evaluations, benchmarking model outputs, or developing testing frameworks for AI-driven features.

• Strong grasp of software engineering principles: clean coding practices, testing, version control, and agile teamwork.

• A curious mindset and a commitment to growth—you stay informed about the evolution of AI tools and actively seek ways to apply them to tackle real engineering challenges.
