This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable software features and components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, refine, and implement software requirements.
• Lead development initiatives for specific modules, features, or user interface use cases.
• Create intuitive and effective user-facing experiences that align with business objectives.
• Utilize modern AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, AI agents) to enhance development efficiency and code quality.
• Develop and maintain data engineering pipelines, including ETL processes and cloud-based solutions (AWS EMR, Lambda, EC2, Serverless).
• Write and optimize SQL queries to facilitate data analysis, reporting, and application functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across systems.
• Engage in code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, CI/CD processes, and design discussions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.
• Over 3 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience in implementing UI use cases and developing user-centric applications.
• Strong expertise in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries and support reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with modern reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, or similar technologies).
• Practical experience with data engineering concepts (ETL, data pipelines).
• Knowledge of AWS services such as EMR, Lambda, EC2, and serverless architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and contemporary development workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile environments is preferred.
