Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Fulfill commitments with an emphasis on quality, promptly communicating any obstacles, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure team progress.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, utilizing debugging tools to uphold the reliability and efficiency of our SaaS applications.

• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and processes, playing a vital role in iterative delivery and ongoing enhancement.

• Participate meaningfully in code reviews—applying coding standards, identifying potential bugs, and providing as well as receiving constructive feedback.

• Adopt AI-driven development methodologies to boost your productivity, code evaluation, and technical problem-solving capabilities.

• Utilize AI tools (such as Claude Code) daily for coding tasks, code assessments, and issue resolution.

• Work collaboratively with team members, fostering a high-quality engineering culture through curiosity and a commitment to follow-through.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-Stack Foundation: You possess a strong working knowledge of .NET (C#) and TypeScript/Node, along with practical experience in React.JS and contemporary JavaScript architecture.

• Data & Reliability: You have functional SQL skills and a solid grasp of asynchronous operations (async/await) for constructing stable, efficient systems.

• Quality-First Mindset: You write testable, well-organized code and recognize the importance of unit and integration tests, actively working to enhance coverage.

• Future-Ready: You are inquisitive about the responsible use of AI tools and are keen to leverage them for smarter work and more effective problem-solving.

• Accountability: You take responsibility for your work, communicate proactively when facing risks, and uphold your commitments.

• Technical Awareness: You produce maintainable code while developing an understanding of long-term stability, raising concerns about scope or complexity before they escalate into issues.

• Product Partnership: You collaborate closely with Product and QA teams, ask insightful questions, and identify constraints or risks early in the development cycle.

• Nice to Haves But Not Required: Familiarity with .NET Core, experience with NestJS and Kafka, knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS), and CRM experience.
