• A curious and growth-oriented mindset, demonstrating a passion for continuous learning.

• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science, particularly in system design, data structures, and algorithms.

• Capable of executing well-defined features with increasing autonomy, from technical design to completion.

• Active engagement in code reviews.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Software Engineer in building and maintaining SaaS applications.

• Proficient in maintaining, developing, and optimizing REST APIs.

• Strong expertise in Python development.

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins) and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience collaborating with a team of engineers and product managers to deliver products to end-users.

• Responsible, team-oriented, and well-organized.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Preferred: Experience with cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS).

• Preferred: Familiarity with modern Python frameworks and technologies, such as Django, FastAPI, Flask, SQLAlchemy.

• Preferred: Experience integrating AI/ML models into production codebases.

• Preferred: Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered developer tools.

• Preferred: Understanding of prompt engineering or LLM-based API integrations.
