Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, code, troubleshoot, and document software functionalities in accordance with team and organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and technical leaders to guarantee outstanding implementation, security, and performance.

• Analyze technical challenges and suggest scalable, sustainable solutions.

• Create and uphold unit and functional tests to ensure system reliability and guard against regressions.

• Commit to continuous learning and incorporate new technologies and best practices—including AI-assisted development tools—to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Recognize repetitive tasks and collaborate with team leads to establish scalable automation solutions.

• Maintain a curiosity about emerging AI tools and their potential to optimize or enhance work within your role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in either Java (Spring/Spring Boot), Ruby on Rails, AWS Lambda, Vue.js, or HTML/CSS.

• Eagerness and capability to learn additional technologies as required.

• Familiarity with SQL and principles of relational databases.

• Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific technologies) responsibly to improve workflows and decision-making.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating sound judgment and creativity in solution design.
