Software Engineer, AI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement highly scalable and reliable full-stack applications utilizing Go, Python, Node.js, and pertinent front-end frameworks.

• Engage extensively with AWS Cloud Services, encompassing but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, and SNS.

• Oversee and deploy containerized applications via Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and fellow engineers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.

• Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring the quality of code.

• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing prompt resolutions.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our development processes and tools.

• Remain informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on our products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong emphasis on building and scaling platforms.

• Deep expertise in AI: Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven systems in a production setting.

• Platform engineering: Solid background in platform engineering, including the development of reusable services, APIs, and infrastructure to support multiple teams.

• Full-stack proficiency: Experience throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.

• Agent-based systems: Practical experience in creating and managing intelligent agents or similar automated systems to accomplish specific tasks.

• Cloud and DevOps: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and contemporary DevOps practices, such as CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability tools.

• Strong communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business strategies.

• Problem-solving: A pragmatic and innovative problem-solver capable of navigating ambiguity and delivering high-quality solutions.
