Software Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee technical architecture for Salesforce and Node.js systems.

• Take complete ownership of development execution and delivery.

• Manage and enhance the performance of developers within the team, with direct responsibility for outcomes.

• Accelerate development speed and eliminate bottlenecks.

• Set clear engineering standards and ensure accountability.

• Lead the training and onboarding of Node.js developers into Salesforce (anticipated ramp-up of 1–2 months), providing hands-on guidance and technical supervision.

• Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team on priorities and execution strategies.

• Actively manage and mentor developers, rather than merely coordinating through multiple layers.

• Make decisive technical choices as necessary to prevent execution delays.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce at the architectural level.

• Demonstrated experience as a technical architect.

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js in production environments.

• Proven ability to manage developers and ensure accountability for delivery.

• Capability to design and oversee end-to-end system architecture.

• Strong sense of ownership with a focus on execution.
