Software Development Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee groups of students as they progress through their educational journey, offering structure, support, and motivation.

• Design and deliver captivating lessons, workshops, and live coding sessions.

• Address technical inquiries, obstacles, and learning difficulties in a constructive and supportive manner.

• Analyze student feedback and learning data to enhance teaching quality continually.

• Perform code reviews, assessments, and personalized mentoring sessions to foster individual development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in contemporary full-stack web development, particularly with the MERN stack, TypeScript, and API-based systems.

• Demonstrated ability to educate, mentor, and effectively convey intricate technical concepts to learners from varied backgrounds.

• Proficient in German (C1–C2 level, preferably native) and fluent in English.

• Desirable: Familiarity with C#, Java, or equivalent programming languages.

• Strong comprehension of professional software development processes.

• Empathetic, organized, learner-centric mindset, and a deep commitment to ensuring student success.

• Eager to continuously learn, evolve, and enhance technical expertise and teaching practices.
