Software Development Engineer in Test

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality test cases, create automation, and improve test frameworks for the Cloud Compute Experience application.

• Adjust existing tools to align with Akamai's strategic objectives.

• Comprehend product requirements and guarantee coverage throughout the implementation process.

• Design and establish automated test frameworks and tools to ensure the quality and reliability of software.

• Collaborate within an Agile setting through code reviews, design processes, and product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

• Proficiency in Python, Pytest, Unix/Linux, and CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins.

• Strong understanding of REST API testing, UI automation, Infrastructure as Code, and Docker.

• Capability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for dependable continuous software delivery.

• Experience working within an Agile team while developing products through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
