⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in professional software engineering, specifically in shipping production systems at scale.

• Practical experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar).

• Demonstrated ability to operate multiple agents simultaneously and oversee concurrent work streams.

• Solid understanding of software design principles, including object-oriented design, API design, data modeling, distributed-system reliability, and performance.

• Proficient in at least one server-side programming language (such as Ruby, Python, Go, Java, or similar) and one modern front-end stack (like React / TypeScript or equivalent).

• Familiarity with relational databases (Postgres / MySQL), SQL, and experience in building or consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.

• Exceptional skills in code review.

• Strong written communication abilities.

• A high degree of integrity, accountability, and ownership.
