Software Development Engineer 3, Nurture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain comprehensive full stack features utilizing CakePHP, PostgreSQL, and SvelteKit

• Create scalable, multi-tenant architectures and APIs

• Build user-friendly, high-performance UI components with contemporary frontend frameworks

• Connect with third-party services (Salesforce, Mailchimp, Planning Center, Twilio, etc.)

• Enhance performance across backend queries and frontend rendering

• Work in tandem with product and design teams to deliver impactful features

• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in full stack development

• Expertise in PHP (preferably CakePHP) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Svelte, React, or similar)

• Strong grasp of PostgreSQL and data modeling

• Experience with APIs and external integrations

• Knowledge of AWS environments (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.)

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities

• Strong communication skills and capability to work collaboratively across functions
