Software Developer – Python, Django

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Enhancing and optimizing our internal tools and processes.

• Developing and integrating APIs and interfaces with external systems.

• Assisting the team with technical challenges and automation efforts.

• Contributing to the creation of our upcoming customer portal.

• Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines along with deployment procedures.

• Executing projects independently while closely coordinating with the team.

• Hands-on approach: You take initiative and quickly implement practical solutions.

• Agile mindset: You focus on solutions and work efficiently without unnecessary complications.

• Programming expertise: A minimum of 2–3 years of experience with Python/Django.

• Database proficiency: Comfortable working with SQL, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB.

• Experience with automation tools: Familiarity with Make.com and Zapier.

• Web development skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• API development experience: Knowledge of RESTful APIs and webhooks.

• DevOps familiarity: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and preferably Kubernetes.

• Cloud services knowledge: Basic experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Version control: Skilled in Git and Clean Code principles.

• Tool proficiency: Experience with or the ability to quickly learn Close.io, Airtable, DailFire, and Google Sheets.

• Quick learner: Capable of rapidly adapting to new tools and systems.

• Independence: A proactive working style coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Team-oriented: Effective communication and documentation of work results.

• Language proficiency: Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
