Software Developer in Test, Dutch Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and sustain automated testing frameworks for Caseware's web-based SaaS offerings.

• Perform and manage functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing activities.

• Work closely with developers and product experts to enhance user stories, acceptance criteria, and testability.

• Assess requirements and technical designs to pinpoint risk factors and essential test scenarios.

• Investigate, document, and monitor defects, delivering clear reproduction steps and impact assessments.

• Continuously enhance test coverage, reliability, and overall quality assurance processes.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SDET team members.

• Advocate for and promote quality best practices throughout the engineering organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-level experience (3–5 years) in QA, Test Automation, or SDET positions.

• Demonstrated experience in testing intricate web applications, ideally SaaS products.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a structured problem-solving approach.

• Practical experience with contemporary test automation tools and frameworks, particularly **Cypress**.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Capability to write clear, maintainable, and well-organized test cases and automation scripts.

• Comfortable collaborating within cross-functional, international teams.

• Strong coordination skills with the ability to promote a quality-first mentality among team members.

• Professional proficiency in both **Dutch and English**.
