Software Developer II – ShareGate Migrate, Web Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive full-stack features that adhere to the team's quality and user experience benchmarks.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and product designer to design straightforward, well-crafted user experiences that address genuine issues.

• Lay down robust and enduring technical foundations from the very beginning.

• Seamlessly integrate Microsoft APIs to ensure that migration and authentication processes function smoothly in production.

• Foster a quality-centric culture from day one.

• Enhance team performance through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in delivering commercial software products that have achieved strong customer adoption.

• Demonstrated experience in developing web applications using TypeScript and React.

• Practical experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Proficient backend development skills in C# / .NET.

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) integrated into daily development practices.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities, with the aptitude to address complex and ambiguous technical issues.

• Effective and proactive communication skills, an ownership mentality, transparency, and the ability to keep the team well-informed.

• Familiarity with Microsoft APIs (including Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is an advantage.
