Software Developer II – ShareGate Migrate, Web Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• You will take on a foundational role within the Web Experience team, dedicated to creating a completely new web application for ShareGate Migrate from the ground up.

• Deliver full-stack features that align with the team's quality and user experience standards right from the initial milestones of the new web application.

• Create straightforward, well-designed user experiences that address genuine user needs, collaborating closely with your Product Manager and Product Designer.

• Establish robust and enduring technical foundations starting on day one.

• Reliably integrate Microsoft APIs to ensure that migration and authentication scenarios function smoothly in production.

• Foster a culture of quality from the outset by implementing testing practices that enable the team to release with assurance.

• Enhance the team's collective expertise through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering commercial software products with strong customer adoption;

• Proven track record in developing web applications using TypeScript and React;

• Demonstrated practical experience with both relational and non-relational databases;

• Strong backend development capabilities in C# / .NET;

• Practical experience utilizing AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in your daily development processes;

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for addressing ambiguous and technically challenging issues;

• A clear and proactive communicator who takes ownership, operates transparently, and keeps teammates updated;

• Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is a plus.
