This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will assume responsibility for the frontend codebase of the HCC (Heat Cost Calculation) team, setting up the structures and best practices necessary to create resilient calculation and billing interfaces.
• Collaborating with fellow developers as an equal, you will tackle dedicated frontend tasks while also engaging with our backend stack to contribute as needed.
• You will work closely with our UI/UX designer.
• With a strong grasp of your craft and a discerning eye for front-end design, you will provide a technical viewpoint to create practical and technically sound solutions.
• As a member of one of our engineering teams, you will be involved in the creation of a crucial back office application within the beyonnex ecosystem.
• You will collaborate with frontend developers from partner teams.
• Your involvement will encompass all aspects of the frontend software engineering process and the lifecycle of the services your team develops—covering design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, operations, and enhancing software based on user feedback and usage analytics.
• You will be responsible for generating PDFs for our customers.
• You will handle complex and challenging frontend development tasks within the application.
• Occasionally, you will assist with backend development to ensure comprehensive end-to-end knowledge is maintained within the team.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a software developer with a focus on frontend development in Single Page Applications (SPAs).
• Extensive knowledge of Vue 3, TypeScript, Pinia, and Tailwind CSS.
• A willingness to learn or experience with backend development on a modern JVM-based tech stack (we utilize Kotlin and Quarkus).
• You must be located in Germany.
• Proficiency in both English and German is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent education.
• Practical experience working in agile development teams.
• Curiosity and the capacity to learn quickly.
• A problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma is a plus.
