Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• The Full Stack Developer will play a key role in defining and designing the requirements, UI/UX, construction, integration, testing, verification, and maintenance of unit tests and core application code for our API-based services' models, views, and controllers.

• Assist in leading, designing, enhancing, and building our services for customers within an agile development framework.

• Engage in unit testing, peer programming, code reviews, and regular check-ins to facilitate continuous integration.

• Create secure applications and refactor existing .NET 2/4 web forms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and UX/UI teams to develop applications that operate seamlessly and intuitively.

• Produce optimized and high-quality code.

• Manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects effectively.

• Document and deploy developed applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in complex development environments.

• Practical knowledge of the .NET Framework (2.0, 3.5, 4.0 and/or 4.5+), including proficiency in Visual Studio, TFS, C#, and ASP.NET (Web Forms and Web API).

• Over 5 years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL/MariaDB/Percona.

• Familiarity with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, and Data Access Layer) and some exposure to service-oriented architectures (SOA).

• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.

• Competence in using development tools such as source control (Source Anywhere, TFS, Subversion, build server, etc.) and continuous integration build practices.

• Experience in designing secure applications with awareness of security implications throughout the project lifecycle.

• Background in PCI-DSS environments.

• Proven experience in performance analysis, profiling, and optimization.

• High initiative, self-motivation, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
