Software Developer, AI Enhanced

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, scope, and resolve intricate business challenges by developing software solutions from the ground up.

• Translate ambiguous requirements and business pain points into clear technical implementations.

• Assume complete ownership of projects from initial conception through deployment and testing.

• Research, assess, and incorporate emerging technologies and AI tools to address unique challenges.

• Rapidly create prototypes to validate ideas and iterate based on received feedback.

• Utilize Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI development tools to expedite coding processes and enhance quality.

• Master prompt engineering techniques to optimize the effectiveness of AI tools for code generation, debugging, and optimization.

• Integrate AI functionalities into applications where suitable, including API integrations and custom AI workflows.

• Stay up-to-date with advancing AI development tools and apply best practices in daily workflows.

• Balance AI assistance with essential coding skills and architectural knowledge.

• Construct end-to-end solutions across the technology stack, with a focus on Microsoft technologies (Azure, .NET, SQL Server, SharePoint, Office 365).

• Design and implement APIs, databases, user interfaces, and system integrations.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that is understandable and extensible by other developers.

• Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring for production systems.

• Ensure adherence to security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

• Effectively work within Shape Up, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies as required by projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated visionary experience: A portfolio showcasing projects developed from scratch that addressed real business challenges.

• Proven proficiency with AI tools: Hands-on experience utilizing Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI development platforms.

• Problem-solving history: Examples of complex technical issues you have independently researched and resolved.

• Knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack: Experience with .NET, C#, Azure, SQL Server, and related technologies.

• Full-stack development skills: Capability to work across frontend, backend, database, and integration layers.
