Software Developer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop AI solutions utilizing Python, .NET, and contemporary technologies.

• Engage in the design and implementation of solutions that leverage LLMs, RAG, MCP, and AI harnesses.

• Create proofs of concept, conduct experiments, and build scalable solutions.

• Assist other teams in integrating AI throughout the Localiza Labs ecosystem.

• Design components, accelerators, and best practices to promote AI adoption within the organization.

• Focus on innovation, experimentation, and the ongoing enhancement of intelligent solutions.

• Aid in transforming concepts into AI-driven products, services, and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python.

• Strong expertise in .NET.

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of AI.

• Experience or familiarity with LLMs.

• Knowledge of MCP.

• Knowledge of RAG.

• Experience with harnesses or frameworks for validating, testing, and executing AI solutions.

• Solid grasp of architecture, integration, quality, and scalability.

• Experience with APIs, microservices, and integrations.

• Nice to have: experience with cloud platforms, knowledge of vector databases and embeddings, familiarity with MLOps or LLMOps, interest in innovation and experimentation, and an understanding of security, governance, and responsible AI usage.
