This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for resolving intricate system and technical challenges throughout the duration of the service contract.
β’ Proactively pinpoint delivery deficiencies and create detailed remediation strategies to guarantee system stability and performance.
β’ Function as a self-motivated driver for advancement by sourcing internal technical expertise or engaging external service providers.
β’ Collaborate with Sales Account Management to discover and finalize new managed service opportunities.
β’ Take initiative in overseeing the service contract roadmap; monitor expiration dates and collaborate with Sales.
β’ Assume complete responsibility for account health, which includes P&L objectives, cost/margin performance monitoring, and management of service billings and receivables.
β’ Establish and nurture high-level, multi-dimensional relationships within Federal agencies.
β’ Oversee professional communications and technical service delivery across multiple time zones.
β’ High School diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree.
β’ Over 5 years of proven experience in lifecycle service Account Management, Systems Implementation/Integration, Public Safety Systems Sales, or Public Safety Systems Engineering.
β’ Familiarity with Motorola 911 and CAD systems and products is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft business applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
β’ Must be a U.S. citizen with the capability to obtain a security clearance.
