This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implementation of the RIB Civil system including integration into RIB iTWO for new clients.

• Consulting and training for clients – both online and on-site.

• Active support in acquiring new customers in close collaboration with the sales team.

• Management of key clients and development and maintenance of long-term partnerships.

• Persuasive presentation of solutions during the pre-sales and sales processes.

• Planning, preparation, and independent execution of sales support measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in civil engineering and underground construction (e.g., as a civil engineer, transportation planner, surveying engineer, etc.).

• High level of independence/strong sense of personal responsibility, excellent customer orientation, and effective time management.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, and a team player.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings (max. 25-30% annually).

• Excellent German language skills (at least level C1) and good English language skills (at least level B1).

• Advantageous: Experience in the application, training, or implementation of RIB Civil/STRATIS.

• Experience in a consulting role within the construction sector, e.g., as a consultant/trainer, project manager, or instructor in civil engineering at educational institutions.
