This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and assess software configuration information, product details, and supply frameworks within corporate systems.
• Assist in software and product release initiatives, encompassing documentation, approvals, status reports, and readiness evaluations.
• Create and sustain release notes, product communications, lifecycle data, and supplementary documents.
• Organize software packages, licenses, access prerequisites, and other release-associated information.
• Revise product and software lifecycle milestones, ensuring system records are precise and current.
• Aid in tasks related to commercial compliance, packaging details, approvals, and document storage.
• Manage information on licenses, contracts, commercial data, and documentation pertaining to third-party software and products.
• Facilitate vendor-related tasks, including purchase orders, invoices, costs, and pricing.
• Supervise operational, security, and compliance mandates.
• Generate reports and monitor unresolved actions, risks, and data quality challenges.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, supply chain, procurement, finance, compliance, and various stakeholders.
• Contribute to enhancements in configuration processes, release management, documentation, and lifecycle oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in software or product configuration management, technical documentation, release management, product lifecycle management, DevOps operations, or similar fields.
• Expertise in handling structured software and product data, as well as technical or commercial information.
• Understanding of software or product release protocols and configuration control mechanisms.
• Proven ability to coordinate activities, documentation, and approvals across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in corporate systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced English skills (reading/writing/speaking), with the capability to communicate effectively and confidently in meetings, emails, and technical or operational documents.
• Additional higher education or technical training in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience within telecommunications, technology, software, or manufacturing industries (preferred).
• Familiarity with configuration management, release management, product lifecycle management tools, ERP, CI/CD, or document management systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of software licensing, procurement, commercial compliance, third-party products, or cost management (preferred).
