Software Architect, Java, Microservicios, Hexagonal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Technical leadership and team management (approximately 10 members), ensuring best practices and code quality.

• Analysis and development of Backend applications (Java 11+ and Spring).

• Gathering requirements and defining technical solutions aligned with business needs.

• Project management under the Agile Scrum methodology, including estimations and planning.

• Supervision of architectures based on microservices and hexagonal architecture.

• Implementation of REST contracts / REST API and Avro, integration with messaging (JMS, MQTT) and TCP/IP protocols.

• Use of Sonar and Snyk to ensure code quality and security.

• Coordination of testing.

• Management of repositories and CI/CD with GitHub, Docker, AKS, Kubernetes with Azure Arc.

• Administration of data in Azure Cosmos DB and optimization with Redis.

• Monitoring and observability with Grafana and Application Insights.

• Utilization of tools like Jira for task management and tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in Java 11 and Spring Boot.

• Experience in hexagonal architecture, microservices, and design patterns.

• Experience in designing and defining REST API contracts and Event-Driven architectures.

• Experience in designing synchronous and asynchronous communication flows.

• Definition of resilience, scalability, and observability strategies.

• Experience in CI/CD processes.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc.

• Knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB, DB2, and Redis.

• Experience with quality tools (Sonar, Snyk) and Agile methodologies (Scrum).

• Experience in team management and technical leadership.
