This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Design and develop architectures for AI agents that comprehend user inquiries, reason through intricate challenges, and carry out multi-step strategies.

• Create frameworks that enable AI agents to collaborate with various tools, APIs, and services.

• Establish systems for effective human-AI collaboration, encompassing clarification, feedback, and guidance.

• Enhance agent performance to ensure reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Develop monitoring and evaluation systems to gauge agent effectiveness and pinpoint improvement areas.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to incorporate agents into products and workflows.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements and research in AI agent technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related discipline.

• Experience in building AI/ML systems, particularly focusing on autonomous agents.

• Proficient programming skills, especially in Python and Golang.

• Familiarity with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering.

• Understanding of agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or comparable technologies.
