Soft Collection Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Contact clients via phone and initiate recovery activities.

• Report and investigate any identified fraud suspicions in daily operations.

• Collaborate with all company departments to achieve individual objectives and resolve cases encountered during recovery activities.

• Negotiate short payment terms in line with departmental strategies.

• Manage the client portfolio within the agreed credit conditions and limits.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree.

• Experience in the financial-banking sector is an advantage.

• Background in debt recovery, analysis, or fraud prevention is a plus.

• Proficient in PC operations.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Persistence in achieving individual and departmental goals.

• A strong desire for continuous skill improvement.

• Client-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work under pressure.
