This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations and develop diagnoses related to patients' substance use-specific challenges.
• Deliver exceptional clinical care by employing evidence-based treatment approaches (CBT, DBT, CM, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Treatment).
• Create personalized treatment plans collaboratively with each patient and monitor their progress.
• Enter notes and all pertinent information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Collaborate and communicate with other members of the patient's care team to ensure effective coordination of care.
• A Master's Degree in social work from an accredited college or university is required.
• Must hold unrestricted licensure for independent clinical practice.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience and at least 1 year working with patients seeking to modify their relationship with alcohol (or another substance) is essential.
• Training, certification, and/or experience in utilizing CBT, DBT, CM, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed treatment is mandatory.
• Must comprehend and advocate for the harm-reduction model in the treatment of Substance Use Disorders (SUD).
• Strong clinical competencies and the ability to demonstrate empathy are necessary.
• A reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with video capabilities are required.
