This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Design intricate practice-oriented social work and human services tasks for advanced AI assessment.
• Create reference outputs and evaluation criteria that reflect seasoned professional reasoning.
• Develop authentic scenarios encompassing assessment, care planning, crisis intervention, safeguarding, child and family welfare, behavioral health, and community-based services.
• Assess AI-generated outputs for precision, appropriateness, ethical considerations, thoroughness, professional judgement, and practical applicability.
• Generate reference case plans, clinical documentation, interdisciplinary communications, service-coordination plans, and structured reference responses.
• Evaluate risk, needs, goals, interventions, escalation processes, documentation, referrals, information flow, and continuity of care.
• Create tasks involving electronic health records (EHR), Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS), case-record systems, case-management platforms, and interagency referral systems.
• Detect subtle reasoning errors, overlooked aspects, weaknesses, and impractical recommendations.
• Provide a clear written rationale to support evaluation decisions.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in social work, clinical social work, case management, behavioral health, child welfare, healthcare social work, or a related field.
• Experience as a licensed clinical social worker, licensed social worker, senior case manager, or similar professional role.
• Background within a hospital system, child welfare agency, behavioral health organization, public agency, or a large nonprofit is highly valued.
• Direct responsibility for clinical caseloads, family or child welfare cases, or program-level service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of biopsychosocial assessment, trauma-informed care, strengths-based practice, and ethical standards in professional social work.
• Familiarity with mandated reporting, interagency collaboration, case documentation, and adherence to ethical or legal standards.
• Experience with EHR, CCWIS, case-management, or similar human-services systems.
• Capability to articulate complex case reasoning clearly and accurately in writing.
• LCSW, LMSW, or an equivalent recognized professional certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience in developing clinical training materials, case documentation, evaluation rubrics, or practice guidance is advantageous.
• Work must be performed without utilizing confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, patient, institution, or other third parties.
• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this position.
