📋 Description

• Transform raw footage into engaging videos ranging from 5 to 20 minutes for YouTube and 1 to 3 minutes for TikTok, ensuring they are optimized for each platform.

• Adhere to Study.com’s branding and style guidelines across both video platforms.

• Locate or develop copyright-compliant visuals, music, and sound effects.

• Incorporate text overlays, motion graphics, and visual enhancements customized for platform specifications.

• Work in partnership with content producers to guarantee that final video outputs align with quality standards and project requirements.

• Implement best practices for pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement tailored to YouTube and TikTok viewers.

• Organize project files, maintain precise version control, and ensure edits are delivered within agreed-upon timelines.

• Over 2 years of video editing experience, focusing on both social media and long-form content (such as YouTube and TikTok) editing.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing proficiency in both short-form and long-form video editing.

• Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.

• Capacity to craft engaging visual stories and dynamic motion graphics.

• Strong grasp of platform-specific formatting, pacing, and audience engagement strategies.

• Familiarity with copyright-compliant media sourcing and licensing practices.

• Dependable turnaround times and effective time-management skills.
