This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Edit over 10 publish-ready short-form videos weekly across various practice brands.

• Create compelling hooks, clear captions, dynamic pacing, and effective sound design that captivate viewers and encourage bookings.

• Carefully edit before-and-after content while ensuring tasteful framing, patient consent, and adherence to platform guidelines, ensuring the work meets Meta and TikTok standards.

• Maintain brand consistency across different practice style systems, including typography, color schemes, and tone of voice.

• Transform long-form content such as consultations, webinars, and podcasts into collections of short clips.

• Leverage AI tools to reduce turnaround times while maintaining originality and high quality in the output.

• Collaborate asynchronously with our social, content, and design teams, effectively handling briefs and revision notes with minimal oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• A short-form portfolio showcasing your skills in crafting hooks, pacing, and captioning.

• Demonstrated speed in production; you can discuss your weekly output rather than just a standout video.

• Daily and proficient use of AI video tools as an integral part of your workflow, rather than as a novelty.

• Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to overlap with US working hours when necessary.

• Self-driven; you work effectively from a brief and brand kit, proactively identify issues, and meet deadlines.

• Bonus points for:

• Experience in editing content related to aesthetics, plastic surgery, medical, beauty, or wellness.

• A background in editing for multiple brands or within an agency, where maintaining style consistency across accounts is crucial.

• Proficiency in motion graphics using After Effects for surgeon explainers, lower-thirds, and treatment animations.

• Skills in color grading, with a focus on achieving natural and flattering skin tones.

• A strong intuition for current TikTok and Reels formats, trends, and audio.
