This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Take ownership of and manage an ongoing editorial calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Formulate and implement social media strategies for campaigns, product launches, events, and conferences.
• Organize campaign planning and collaborate across various workstreams.
• Establish and uphold social media policies and governance frameworks.
• Conduct social listening and monitor competitive activities.
• Promote employee advocacy initiatives and enhance thought leadership visibility.
• Independently produce content tailored to each platform.
• 5–7 years of direct experience in social media management.
• Minimum of 2 years in a B2B, healthcare, health tech, or regulated industry setting.
• Demonstrated ability to increase engagement and link social media activities to lead generation or pipeline results.
• Extensive and native knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Expert-level proficiency in using Sprout Social.
• Experience with AI-assisted content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable utilizing Google Analytics and UTM parameters.
