This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the development of Channel Strategy.
• Define and manage the comprehensive Facebook strategy across all markets, ensuring alignment with local teams.
• Convert business objectives into actionable OKRs and initiatives.
• Stay updated on platform trends, new features, and consistently test innovative growth strategies.
• Establish global channel KPIs in collaboration with data and analytics teams; ensure markets are aligned and capable of accurately reviewing reports.
• Transform data insights into actionable recommendations at the channel level.
• Serve as the primary owner of Facebook, creating guidelines and best practices for consistent execution across markets.
• Maintain brand consistency while allowing for market-level flexibility.
• Act as the sole point of contact for all Facebook-related inquiries (e.g., bugs, content flagging, support communication).
• Organize regular cross-market meetings to evaluate performance, align on strategic decisions, share insights, and discuss platform updates.
• Conduct strategic reviews on Facebook with market social managers/leads to enhance performance and define subsequent action items (monthly meetings).
• Foster two-way knowledge sharing between global and market teams to enhance scalability.
• Provide strategic input for creative and copy direction for campaigns to ensure alignment with channel and business objectives.
• Assess and recommend platform innovations or third-party tools that could improve channel performance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in posting and driving organic reach on Facebook.
• Ability to lead in a matrix structure without direct disciplinary authority.
• Strong analytical skills (experience with Google Analytics, Excel, CSV, Lookerstudio).
• Familiarity with popular social media tools is a plus (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Fanpagekarma).
• High affinity for social media and a keen interest in its dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine team player.
• Proactive and hands-on approach, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Very good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
