This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the agency’s social media strategy.

• Produce monthly content calendars.

• Execute plans in collaboration with founders and internal teams: Short-form videos, Long-form videos, Static content.

• Create SEO-focused blog content for the agency’s website.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media growth.

• Interpret brand briefs and convert them into effective organic social strategies.

• Assemble monthly social media calendars.

• Oversee content production utilizing both internal and external resources.

• Partner with creators and creative teams.

• Engage in content creation as needed.

• Provide weekly and monthly performance insights.

• Continuously refine strategy based on data and performance insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution, preferably in an agency setting.

• Preferred experience with D2C consumer brands.

• Hands-on experience in content creation is a significant advantage.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Backgrounds in Marketing, Media, Design, or Communication are preferred.

• A portfolio showcasing campaigns and brands managed.

• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

• Personal laptop and reliable internet connection are required.
