Social Media Specialist – Italian, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Become a part of a dedicated team of community management experts representing clients’ brands.

• Manage daily social media community interactions, connecting with consumers and various communities.

• Contribute to the enhancement of engagement strategies and provide actionable recommendations.

• Develop and deliver social media performance reports punctually.

• Oversee shift team members, including their training and onboarding processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Italian and Spanish.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Demonstrated experience in online customer support, social media moderation, or engaging with social media communities on behalf of brands.

• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.

• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

• Any background in B2B or logistics industries is highly desirable.
