This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Address customer inquiries primarily through written communication and phone promptly and accurately.
• Assess customer requirements, assist them in utilizing specific features, and introduce new functionalities and campaigns.
• Foster positive relationships with customers via Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
• Handle serious and sensitive customer interactions while adhering to Nestlé’s Consumer Complaints Handling procedures.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and collect feedback.
• Keep internal databases current concerning consumer requests, complete a FAQ database, and update knowledge-based documents.
• Forward consumer inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders if unable to provide an answer.
• Report product issues, share feature requests, and effective solutions with relevant stakeholders.
• Proficient in both spoken and written French and English.
• Experience in a Customer Support Specialist role or a similar position.
• Background in Community Management (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Strong customer management orientation.
• Familiarity with the Nestlé industry is advantageous.
• Understanding of CRM systems functionality.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Development of expertise in Nestlé’s Shared Solutions Business.
