Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and develop content strategies including formats, topics, calendars, tests, and more.

• Create and distribute content across social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

• Organize and maintain up-to-date production workflows and processes from briefing to publication.

• Develop and uphold visual standards by producing static assets, videos, and various visual formats.

• Monitor metrics, assess outcomes, and compile performance reports.

• Keep track of trends, trending topics, and relevant discussions across social media platforms.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate to advanced level.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to adhere to processes and guidelines.

• A genuine desire to learn and continuously enhance skills.

• Experience with various social media platforms.

• Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Illustrator.
